Favor Love

Well, it's what we love.....favors!  We haven't written a post in awhile on our favorite current trends, au courant colors, and what we find oh-so-cute in the favor world.  So here goes.....

1.  Mini Libations.  Mini bottles of alcohol are cute as favors.  We love the bride and groom touch added to this vodka below.

2.   Maps.  Maps and travel are huge with weddings right now, and that crosses all the way to the favor.  These cute pillow box map boxes are perfect to tuck favor treasures in.

3.  Eco-Favors.  Being responsible and green with your favors is important for couples.  Below, these Coconut Bath Salt favors are made with real coconut shells.
4.  Handmade foods.  It adds a personal touch when you offer homemade food items such as maple syrup, honey, chocolate sauce, or flavored cooking oil (below).

5.  Chalkboard Details.  The use of chalkboard is very commonplace and cute in weddings these days.  These cute heart shaped favor tags are the perfect touch.

Bridal Showers: What We Love

1.  Mini-Cakes.  We absolutely love the trend with mini cakes; sometimes one per guest or one per table.  The one below seems perfect for a bridal shower.


2.  Umbrellas.  What's more perfect than umbrellas to accent a shower?  These cute parasol-style umbrellas below are to die for!


3.  Fun Drinks.  We are loving the trend of old-fashioned soda in bottles, decorated straws, and interesting punches and cocktails for showers.

4.  Creative Cupcakes. Cupcakes are still wildly popular, but we really like the creative angle party throwers are taking in their presentation.  For example, we love these teacup cupcakes below, perfect for a shower.

5.  Lanterns.  Still in love with lanterns for parties of all kinds, including showers.

Our Favorite Spring Favors

Spring has definitely sprung and we are seeing so many wonderful trends tying Spring and weddings together.  From color trends like yellow and green, to tulips and delicate wedding cakes, Spring is a wonderful time to get married. We thought we would showcase some of our favorite favor ideas for Spring.
