Bridal Shower Tea Chic

It's the new year and we're off and running with wedding season! We love this time of year.  There's a new sense of excitement over new couples, the bustling wedding season, and, of course, bridal showers! This is the most popular time of year for bridal showers.  Still a very popular theme, the Bridal Tea is a great, classic theme to infuse into a shower theme.  And there is no lack of ideas when it comes to favors and gifts.  Look below for some of our favorites.

New Year, New Couples

As a wholesale vendor of wedding products, I look forward to the new year.  Most couples get engaged during the Christmas and New Year season, quickly followed by Valentine's Day.  They are excited and anxious to get started in the planning process of their wedding.  And that's where we come in!

Some customer's and even other vendors still don't realize that we are a wholesale company!  We sell to authorized wedding vendors, bridal salons, gift stores, and wedding consultants.  It's easy to offer our line since there is no inventory to carry and no minimums on our favors.

                            

What also makes us unique is that most of our products are either handmade or hand-designed.  In this wedding market today where Etsy and DIY has taken over, this can give your wedding business a competitive edge in being able to offer something truly made for the customer (much like a bridesmaid dress is customized).

In our studio, we hand pour our soaps, hand pour our soy candles, fill the sachets by hand, and attach personalized tags (to name just a few highlights).

Bring On the Brights!

I absolutely love the bright hues that seem to be taking over wedding boards, blogs, and shops these days.  It's so nice to see these colors as I look outside at rain, rain, rain!  Bright, vibrant colors are definitely en vogue for weddings these days.  I am seeing a lot of intense oranges, coral, purples, turquoise, lime green, and red in a lot of weddings.  I've collected a few of my favorite ways to use these colors below.

I love the rich, vibrant hues of orange and magenta in this tablescape.

Equally lovely is this intense pink bouquet, accented by gold-orange ribbon.

Instead of a flower girl basket or rose petals, how about these gorgeous flower wands?

Winter Favor Round-Up

It seems that when Thanksgiving passes, we all push ourselves into full throttle holiday mode!  Lights are out, shopping is underway, there is a chill in the air.  Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or other holidays this time of year, we have collected some favor ideas that will surely add flair and fun to your party, wedding, or event.  From snowflakes to pine cones, the favor below evoke that sense and feel of Winter.  Take a look at some of our favorites.

Who is Wedding Belle Favors?

You see our name across your Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram feeds.  You might have visited our website.  Maybe you've even had the pleasure of seeing one of our favors at a party or wedding you attended!  Who is Wedding Belle Favors?

We began as a wedding planning company in 2002.  As we added custom, handmade favors and gifts for our clients, the response was huge!  This eventually became the focus of the business in the retail world.  But then we began to get inquiries from wedding vendors, event professionals, and online sites if we offered a wholesale program.  Thus, we have blossomed into the business we are today.  We are strictly wholesale and sell to authorized vendors, event planners, and also refer retail customers to where they can find our products.

Our specialty is handmade, hand designed items.  Our soaps are custom made in our studio.  We hand pack our sachets on a per-order basis, so customers are getting the freshest product possible.  We hand pour eco-friendly soy candles (our real shell Coconut Candles are out of this world!).   Most of our products have the option for the customer to choose ribbon color and to add personalized tags (which we hand tie ourselves). 

We are always happy to accommodate special requests for our vendors' customers.  Likewise, we welcome requests to offer products for magazine shoots, t.v. shows, special clients, or discounts for large quantities.  We are happy to work with event professionals to create custom favors that fit their clients' needs.

Ahh, the leaves are rustling, the temperatures are cooling off slightly, there is a crispness in the air.  We are knee deep into Fall!  It's my favorite season of the year.  And it's becoming a favorite of couple's when planning a time of year to get married.

Keeping Kids Busy At Weddings

Kids are often included in weddings.  Whether they are flower girls, ring bearers, or guests, kids can play an important role in modern day nuptials.  Many couples find it important to provide activities, games, and even childcare at their event for kids.  Below, here are some of our favorite ideas for kids. 

1.  Kids' note to the bride and groom.  Provide crayons and other supplies for the kids to create their own personal message for the couple.



2.  S'mores Bar.  What kid (or adult for that matter) doesn't love to make s'mores?



3.  Kids Table.  Make a special table devoted to your littler guests. 



4.  Kids Food Table.  Create special appetizers and other foods just for the kids.
